It’s FMR’s 15th anniversary!

Friends of the Mississippi River was born, er…eh…began…fifteen years ago this month! With your help, weve undertaken an incredible amount of work to protect the river and its watershed here in the Twin Cities. We invite you to take a moment to read just a few of our most significant accomplishments, and help us celebrate by getting out on the river, taking in a river vista, traveling the river bank paths…and sharing the river with a friend, family member or colleague (either on your own or with an FMR-sponsored event). Lets keep raising awareness of the values the river brings to our community. All of us at FMR thank all of our members, volunteers, advocates, and partners for the important role they have played in our work.
